ecosomatics

We are going to dive into the field of ecosomatics, exploring together the vast web of interconnectedness with the living world through dance and somatics. The workshop will include a guided sensorial walk in nature and exercises with focus on yielding, falling, support, touch. We are going to learn how to bring the inner perception into movement improvisation and reflection.
